(01)Manifesto

Technical and artistic decisions belong to the same gesture.

The same hand carries the technical and the artistic. We work this way: a few artists at a time, between Angers, Brussels and Berlin.

(02)What we develop

We bring projects to maturity, step by step. A single to test, an EP to structure, an album to commit, and development that settles it all over time. Each stage prepares the next.

01

Single

A first track, taken all the way. A clear sonic identity, a clear intention, a base for what comes next.

  • A defined sonic identity
  • A finished master
  • A direction for what follows
02

EP

The core of our work. A coherent set: five or six tracks held together by one artistic direction, where flow, narrative and sound are thought of as a whole.

  • A coherent tracklist
  • A narrative arc
  • A complete release
03

Album

A real partnership: we build a complete musical world together, from concept to release.

  • A complete, coherent project
  • A clarified artistic positioning
  • Label, distribution and stage potential
04

Artist Development

Support over time: releases that build on each other, a stage identity, a practice that settles in over several seasons.

  • A release strategy
  • A live identity
  • A lasting practice

Artist development is the core of what we do: releases, identity and direction built over years. If that's the project you're carrying, write to us.

(04)The studio's founders Two signals answering each other.

Two approaches, one sonic direction.

Joseph Tertrais, direction artistique et production chez Diaphonie Studio

Joseph Tertrais

Artistic direction & production

Joseph works the material before it becomes a track. Arrangement, structure, sound development: his ground is the moment a still-vague idea finds its final form.

He comes in early, at the demo stage and sometimes at the hunch stage, to set a direction and hold it. His method comes down to one demand: every aesthetic choice must serve the track.

In the studio, he directs sessions, guides the performance and makes the calls. He also builds the coherence of an EP or an album, track after track, until the whole says something.

Pierre-Louis Freund, ingénierie sonore et finalisation chez Diaphonie Studio

Pierre-Louis Freund

Sound engineering & finishing

Pierre-Louis takes over where production stops and the sonic object begins. Mixing, mastering, restoration: he works on precision, depth and balance, what separates an accomplished track from a merely completed one.

Trained in engineering and computer-based production, he treats the studio as a system as much as a place: clear workflows, constant standards, a quality that holds whatever the day's inspiration.

He also steers how projects are structured, from packages to release cycles, so each production fits into a catalogue rather than standing alone.
